Ginger’s sewing room had become a dumping ground for everything! Instead of being able to make all the fabulous things, she couldn’t do more than get the door open and step in. So, we started by doing a quick pass through the space. We pulled anything that didn’t belong in that room out and put it where it belonged. We also started garbage, recycle, donate piles. We did not linger over anything, but made this about getting rid of the obvious obstructions. In 2 hours we had gone through the room, and cleared more than enough space for her to start organizing. From there, she was able to tame the chaos, do some general organization to create clear spaces, and get back to making fabulous creations!
