Mary Ann is a Chef, and loves to cook at home. Her pantry was so full and disorganized that she no longer knew what she had. Her goal was to remove the expired items and the things she knew she was never going to use again, and organize the remained in a way that allowed her easy access to the things she used all the time. She also wanted to be able to see what she needed to restock at a glance. We pulled everything out, one at a time, and looked at dates, and at why she had purchased the item. We decided what was going back in and what could be stored elsewhere. When we finished, she could easily see what she had. She spent less time looking for ingredients for her recipes, and more time being able to create in the kitchen.
